On behalf of the Catholic community in Baltimore, I extend prayers and sympathy to the citizens of Baltimore and to Mayor Dixon and her family during this difficult time. It is my hope that the due process of law will enable us all to continue on our course of working together to improve Baltimore for the benefit of all God's people who live and work in this city.
