The Human Resources Management System (HRMS) team designs, implements and maintains the functional and technical aspects of the Lawson HRMS.

The Lawson HRMS allows the Archdiocese to electronically store and maintain the various personnel records for the Clergy, Lay and Religious who serve in the Archdiocese.  This core information includes personnel, payroll, and employee benefits records.
