Purpose: to be the Archbishop's vicar in the Western Vicariate; to assist the Archbishop as moderator of the curia.
This office also endorses Beyond the Boundaries, an Archdiocesan program to raise awareness of social inequities, as experienced in the metropolitan Baltimore region and throughout the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and to facilitate involvement for planning, policy, and legislative advocacy to promote social equity. Bishop Malooly is a member of the Beyond the Boundaries Steering Committee.
