The Office of the Eastern Vicar serves the parishes and institutions of Anne Arundel, Baltimore and Harford Counties. It is also the locus for services to men and women in the Consecrated Life.
This office also endorses Beyond the Boundaries, an Archdiocesan program to raise awareness of social inequities, as experienced in the metropolitan Baltimore region and throughout the Archdiocese of Baltimore, and to facilitate involvement for planning, policy, and legislative advocacy to promote social equity. Bishop Rozanski is the Program Director for Beyond the Boundaries.
Bishop Rozanski also provides pastoral support to the administration and staff of Prison Ministry in the Archdiocese of Baltimore for .
